Planning an event should be exciting—not stressful. That's why Great Events Venue Center makes it easy to inquire about and reserve your event space online.
Whether you're planning a wedding, birthday party, baby shower, graduation celebration, corporate event, or community gathering, you can begin the booking process from the comfort of your home.
Step 1: Visit the Great Events Center Website
Visit:
In the upper-right corner of the website, you'll see the Sign In and Sign Up buttons.
Step 2: Sign In Using Your Phone Number
Click Sign In.
Enter your mobile phone number and submit it.
You will receive a 6-digit OTP (One-Time Password) via text message.
Enter the OTP to verify your account.
Once your verification is complete, you'll automatically be redirected to the Services page.
Step 3: Select Great Events Center
On the Services page, you'll see many categories and services available through the platform.
Locate and click Great Events Center.
This will take you to the Great Events Center service page where all venue-related options are available.
Step 4: Choose Your Preferred Category
You will see the following booking categories:
- Hall
- Movie
- Events
If you're planning a private event, wedding, graduation party, baby shower, conference, community gathering, or celebration, click Hall.
Step 5: Choose Your Venue
Inside the Hall section, you'll see multiple venue options, including:
- Venue 1
- Venue 2
- Venue 3
- Venue 4
Each venue is designed for different event types and guest capacities.
Review the venue photos and details carefully, then select the venue that best fits your event.
Step 6: Select Your Event Date
After choosing a venue, you'll be taken to the booking page.
Using the calendar, select the date of your event.
Available dates will be displayed for booking.
We recommend booking early, especially for weekends, weddings, graduation season, and holiday events.
Step 7: Choose Duration and Event Time
Next, select your preferred event duration.
Available options may from 4 hour to additional options based on venue availability
After selecting the duration, choose:
- Event start time
- Event end time
This helps us reserve the venue exclusively for your event.
Step 8: Select Your Setup Style
On the right side of the booking page, you'll see various setup options.
Choose the setup that best matches your event and guest count.
Examples may include:
- Classroom Setup
- Banquet Setup
- Standing Setup
- Other available seating arrangements
Guest capacity varies depending on the setup style selected.
Step 9: Enter Your Email Address
Enter your email address so we can send:
- Reservation information
- Booking updates
- Payment confirmation
- Event communication
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly.
Step 10: Select Security Service
For the safety and comfort of all guests, security is required for venue reservations.
Choose the appropriate security option based on your event requirements.
If you have questions regarding security arrangements, our team will be happy to assist.
Step 11: Click "Book Hall"
Once you have selected:
✅ Venue
✅ Date
✅ Duration
✅ Time
✅ Setup Style
✅ Email Address
✅ Security Option
Click the Book Hall button.
Step 12: Review Your Reservation
You will be directed to the Reservation Summary page.
Review all booking details carefully, including:
- Venue Name
- Date
- Time
- Duration
- Booking ID
- Total Cost
Make sure all information is correct before proceeding.
Step 13: Accept the Terms & Conditions
Check the box indicating:
"I Agree to the Terms & Conditions"
After agreeing, the Proceed to Payment button will become available.
Click Proceed to Payment.
Step 14: Complete Payment
You will be directed to the payment page.
Click Add Credit or Debit Card and enter your payment details.
Once payment is successfully completed, your venue reservation will be submitted.
Step 15: Confirmation from Our Team
After your booking is successfully received, a member of the Great Events Center team will contact you to confirm your reservation.
During this confirmation call, we can discuss:
- Event details
- Setup requirements
- Guest accommodations
- Decorations
- Special requests
- Additional services
